I even did a clean install of windows 7 and tried 3 different dvd devices that were all working, no joy.
It loads and blink then spins when I put a disk in and then it just stops no dialog box or anything. A CCM membership gives you access to additional options. Not a media issue. If none of the above work, then I too would go with TMagic and Cpt Cranky!
