I thought I had it set up correctly but when I'd open Lightroom the intended defaults were wrong again.   6. Just for the heck of it I decided to drop a picture into Microsoft Word to see how it would print.
  7. Silly me I assumed that SpyderPrint took into consideration what the current printer color profile was telling the printer.
  8. Note: As a last resort, if you still cannot calibrate a good profile, try doing a hardware Reset on the monitor to restore factory defaults.
