check the bus cables the jumpers and also confirm if power reaches the drives or connect one at a time. Restart and suddenly my external DVD & Blue-Ray drives were suddenly there again! The lens on a BD player gets so close to the disk to read it that a cleaning disk for a CD/DVD player will damage the BD player. Thank you so much!
